Ingredients
- 2 cooked chicken breasts, diced
- 3 cups cooked rice (cold)
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp oil
Method
- Heat oil and fry onion and garlic.
- Add chicken and peas; cook for 2 minutes.
- Push everything aside and scramble the eggs.
- Add rice, soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Stir fry until hot and well combined.
