Sweet, sticky and glossy — perfect with rice or noodles.
Ingredients
- 500g chicken thighs, sliced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tbsp oil
- Sesame seeds (optional)
Method
- Mix soy, honey, vinegar, garlic and ginger.
- Fry chicken in oil until browned.
- Pour in the sauce and simmer until thick and sticky.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
