A simple noodle dish with savoury soy flavours and crisp vegetables.
Ingredients
- 300g egg noodles
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 handful beansprouts
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oil
Method
- Cook noodles and drain.
- Fry onion and carrot in oil.
- Add beansprouts and spring onions.
- Toss in noodles.
- Add both soy sauces and sugar; stir fry for 2 minutes.
