Garlicky, buttery, spicy steak pieces — brilliant with rice, potatoes or veg.

Ingredients

  • 500g steak, cut into cubes
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • Salt & pepper

Method

  1. Season steak and sear in a hot pan.
  2. Add butter, garlic, paprika and chilli flakes.
  3. Toss until coated and glossy.
  4. Finish with lemon juice and parsley.
