Garlicky, buttery, spicy steak pieces — brilliant with rice, potatoes or veg.
Ingredients
- 500g steak, cut into cubes
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp parsley
- Salt & pepper
Method
- Season steak and sear in a hot pan.
- Add butter, garlic, paprika and chilli flakes.
- Toss until coated and glossy.
- Finish with lemon juice and parsley.
