Crunchy, spicy chicken pieces with classic salt and pepper seasoning.
Ingredients
- 500g chicken breast, cubed
- 4 tbsp cornflour
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 pepper, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp Chinese five spice
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- Oil for frying
Method
- Coat chicken in cornflour and fry until crisp.
- Stir fry onion, pepper and garlic.
- Add five spice, chilli flakes, salt and pepper.
- Toss chicken through the seasoning mix.
- Serve hot.
