A quick, colourful midweek favourite with smoky, spicy chicken and soft peppers.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp fajita seasoning
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Tortillas, salsa, sour cream

Method

  1. Toss chicken with seasoning and oil.
  2. Fry chicken until browned.
  3. Add peppers and onion; cook until soft.
  4. Serve in warm tortillas with your favourite toppings.
