A quick, colourful midweek favourite with smoky, spicy chicken and soft peppers.
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp fajita seasoning
- 1 tbsp oil
- Tortillas, salsa, sour cream
Method
- Toss chicken with seasoning and oil.
- Fry chicken until browned.
- Add peppers and onion; cook until soft.
- Serve in warm tortillas with your favourite toppings.
