Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 block halloumi, sliced
  • 1 lime (juice + zest)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Salt & pepper

Method

  1. Mix lime, honey, paprika, salt and pepper.
  2. Coat chicken and fry until golden.
  3. Fry halloumi separately until browned.
  4. Serve chicken and halloumi together with the pan juices.
