Sweet, tangy and salty — a brilliant 20 minute dinner.
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 block halloumi, sliced
- 1 lime (juice + zest)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt & pepper
Method
- Mix lime, honey, paprika, salt and pepper.
- Coat chicken and fry until golden.
- Fry halloumi separately until browned.
- Serve chicken and halloumi together with the pan juices.
