Ingredients

  • 500g lamb mince
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp tomato purée
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 300ml lamb stock
  • 800g mashed potatoes
  • Salt & pepper

Method

  1. Fry onion, carrot and garlic.
  2. Add lamb mince and brown.
  3. Stir in purée, rosemary and stock.
  4. Simmer 20 minutes.
  5. Top with mash and bake at 200°C for 20–25 minutes.
