Ingredients
- 500g lamb mince
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp tomato purée
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 300ml lamb stock
- 800g mashed potatoes
- Salt & pepper
Method
- Fry onion, carrot and garlic.
- Add lamb mince and brown.
- Stir in purée, rosemary and stock.
- Simmer 20 minutes.
- Top with mash and bake at 200°C for 20–25 minutes.
