Ingredients
- 500g beef mince
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 beef stock cube
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 sheet shortcrust pastry
- Salt & pepper
Pastry
- 250g plain flour
- 125g butter
- 1-3 tbsp milk or water
- pinch salt
Method
- Fry mince and onion.
- Add potatoes, stock cube and Worcestershire.
- Add a splash of water and simmer until potatoes soften.
- Fill a pie dish, top with pastry and bake at 200°C for 25–30 minutes.
