A creamy, hazelnut rich cheesecake with white chocolate and Kinder pieces throughout.

Ingredients

Base

  • 300g digestive biscuits
  • 125g melted butter

Filling

  • 600g full fat cream cheese
  • 300ml double cream
  • 150g icing sugar
  • 200g white chocolate, melted & cooled
  • 150g hazelnut spread (e.g., Nutella or Aldi equivalent)
  • 4 Kinder Bueno bars, chopped

Topping

  • Extra Kinder Bueno
  • Melted white chocolate

Method

1. Base

  1. Crush biscuits to crumbs.
  2. Mix with melted butter.
  3. Press into a 20cm tin and chill.

2. Filling

  1. Beat cream cheese, icing sugar and hazelnut spread.
  2. Whip double cream to soft peaks.
  3. Fold cream into the cheese mixture.
  4. Add cooled melted white chocolate.
  5. Fold in chopped Kinder Bueno.
  6. Spread over the base and smooth.

3. Chill & Decorate

  1. Chill 6 hours or overnight.
  2. Top with Kinder pieces and white chocolate drizzle.
