A soft, gooey cookie pie filled with Kinder chocolate.
Ingredients
- 250g butter
- 200g brown sugar
- 150g white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 450g plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 150g chocolate chips
- 200g Kinder chocolate bars, chopped
Method
- Make cookie dough.
- Fold in chopped Kinder.
- Press into tin.
- Bake at 180°C for 25–30 mins.
- Cool slightly.
