Fast, fudgy brownies with a soft centre — ideal when you don’t want to heat the oven.
Ingredients
- 100g butter
- 100g dark chocolate
- 150g caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 60g plain flour
- 20g cocoa powder
- 100g chocolate chips
Method
- Melt butter and chocolate together.
- Whisk in sugar and eggs.
- Fold in flour and cocoa.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Pour into a lined air fryer tin.
- Cook at 160°C for 18–22 minutes until set on top but soft inside.
- Cool before slicing.
