Fast, fudgy brownies with a soft centre — ideal when you don’t want to heat the oven.

Ingredients

  • 100g butter
  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 150g caster sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 60g plain flour
  • 20g cocoa powder
  • 100g chocolate chips

Method

  1. Melt butter and chocolate together.
  2. Whisk in sugar and eggs.
  3. Fold in flour and cocoa.
  4. Stir in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour into a lined air fryer tin.
  6. Cook at 160°C for 18–22 minutes until set on top but soft inside.
  7. Cool before slicing.
