Ingredients
- 300g beef mince
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp chipotle paste
- 1 tbsp tomato purée
- 200ml beef stock
- 150ml cream
- 300g rigatoni
- Salt & pepper
Method
- Brown mince, then add onion and garlic.
- Stir in chipotle paste and tomato purée.
- Add stock and simmer 10 minutes.
- Stir in cream.
- Cook rigatoni and toss through the sauce.
