Ingredients

  • 300g beef mince
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp chipotle paste
  • 1 tbsp tomato purée
  • 200ml beef stock
  • 150ml cream
  • 300g rigatoni
  • Salt & pepper

Method

  1. Brown mince, then add onion and garlic.
  2. Stir in chipotle paste and tomato purée.
  3. Add stock and simmer 10 minutes.
  4. Stir in cream.
  5. Cook rigatoni and toss through the sauce.
