Sweet, sticky and glossy — perfect with rice or noodles.

Ingredients

  • 500g chicken thighs, sliced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Sesame seeds (optional)

Method

  1. Mix soy, honey, vinegar, garlic and ginger.
  2. Fry chicken in oil until browned.
  3. Pour in the sauce and simmer until thick and sticky.
  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
