Pure chocolate hazelnut indulgence with a crunchy Oreo base.

Ingredients

Base

  • 300g Oreos
  • 125g melted butter

Filling

  • 600g cream cheese
  • 300ml double cream
  • 150g icing sugar
  • 200g Nutella
  • 100g melted dark chocolate
  • 6 Ferrero Rochers, crushed

Topping

  • Whole Ferrero Rochers
  • Nutella drizzle

Method

1. Base

  1. Crush Oreos.
  2. Mix with butter.
  3. Press into tin and chill.

2. Filling

  1. Beat cream cheese, icing sugar and Nutella.
  2. Whip cream to soft peaks.
  3. Fold into mixture.
  4. Add melted chocolate and crushed Ferreros.
  5. Spread over base.

3. Chill & Decorate

  1. Chill 6 hours.
  2. Add Ferreros and Nutella drizzle.
