A creamy, hazelnut rich cheesecake with white chocolate and Kinder pieces throughout.
Ingredients
Base
- 300g digestive biscuits
- 125g melted butter
Filling
- 600g full fat cream cheese
- 300ml double cream
- 150g icing sugar
- 200g white chocolate, melted & cooled
- 150g hazelnut spread (e.g., Nutella or Aldi equivalent)
- 4 Kinder Bueno bars, chopped
Topping
- Extra Kinder Bueno
- Melted white chocolate
Method
1. Base
- Crush biscuits to crumbs.
- Mix with melted butter.
- Press into a 20cm tin and chill.
2. Filling
- Beat cream cheese, icing sugar and hazelnut spread.
- Whip double cream to soft peaks.
- Fold cream into the cheese mixture.
- Add cooled melted white chocolate.
- Fold in chopped Kinder Bueno.
- Spread over the base and smooth.
3. Chill & Decorate
- Chill 6 hours or overnight.
- Top with Kinder pieces and white chocolate drizzle.
