A soft, gooey cookie pie filled with Kinder chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 250g butter
  • 200g brown sugar
  • 150g white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 450g plain flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 150g chocolate chips
  • 200g Kinder chocolate bars, chopped

Method

  1. Make cookie dough.
  2. Fold in chopped Kinder.
  3. Press into tin.
  4. Bake at 180°C for 25–30 mins.
  5. Cool slightly.
