Soft, chewy cookie bars packed with Mini Eggs — easier than cookies, just as good.
Ingredients
- 200g butter
- 150g brown sugar
- 100g caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 350g plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 250g Mini Eggs, crushed
- 150g chocolate chips
Method
- Cream butter and sugars.
- Add eggs.
- Fold in flour, baking powder and bicarb.
- Stir in Mini Eggs and chocolate chips.
- Press into a lined traybake tin.
- Bake at 180°C (160°C fan) for 20–25 minutes.
- Cool before slicing.
