Crunchy, spicy chicken pieces with classic salt and pepper seasoning.

Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breast, cubed
  • 4 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 pepper, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp Chinese five spice
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • Oil for frying

Method

  1. Coat chicken in cornflour and fry until crisp.
  2. Stir fry onion, pepper and garlic.
  3. Add five spice, chilli flakes, salt and pepper.
  4. Toss chicken through the seasoning mix.
  5. Serve hot.
