Ingredients
- 6 sausages
- 800g mashed potatoes
- 1 onion, sliced
- 400ml beef gravy
- 1 tbsp oil
Method
- Fry sausages until browned and cooked.
- Fry onions until soft and golden.
- Add gravy and simmer.
- Serve sausages with mash and onion gravy.
