Ingredients

  • 6 sausages
  • 800g mashed potatoes
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 400ml beef gravy
  • 1 tbsp oil

Method

  1. Fry sausages until browned and cooked.
  2. Fry onions until soft and golden.
  3. Add gravy and simmer.
  4. Serve sausages with mash and onion gravy.
