A quick, creamy pasta dish using sausages for big flavour with minimal effort.
Ingredients
- 250g linguine
- 4–5 sausages, skins removed
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves
- 150ml cream or crème fraîche
- 1 tsp Italian herbs
- 1 tbsp tomato purée
- Salt & pepper
Method
- Cook linguine according to the packet.
- Fry sausage meat, breaking it into small pieces.
- Add onion and garlic; cook until soft.
- Stir in tomato purée and herbs.
- Add cream and simmer until thickened.
- Toss the pasta through the sauce and season.
